Demonstrated ability in the domain of the office you seek. Show us what you've done.

Reliability

Consistency, follow-through, and the ability to deliver when it matters. Not just promises.

Institutional Understanding

Knowledge of our structure, mission, products, and how they connect across offices.

Continuity Mindset

Build things that survive your departure. The institution outlasts every tenure.

Commitment

Executive members may not hold concurrent principal leadership in other student organizations.
